Check log file is exist.
$ ls -al \\wsl$\docker-desktop-data\data\docker\containers\container-id
$ ls -al \\wsl$\docker-desktop-data\data\docker\containers\container-id\container-id-json.log
Remove logs file.
$ rm -rf \\wsl$\docker-desktop-data\data\docker\containers\container-id\container-id-json.log
Create new one empty log file with the same name.
$ touch \\wsl$\docker-desktop-data\data\docker\containers\container-id\container-id-json.log
To see logs.
$ docker logs --follow container-id
